If a transaction arouses suspicion and if it is brought to our notice, we reserve the right to suspend/cancel that transaction and undertake our own investigation to ensure that the transaction in question in not fraudulent or illegal or if permitted would defeat the purpose of law or involves/implies injury to any person/property or is immoral or opposed to public policy.

In the event of cancellation of a subscription by us, we will endeavor to inform customers, although please be aware that this is not always possible. We shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred.
We shall not be liable to refund the subscription fees or any other penalty if the subscription fee is canceled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.
